I am a recent college graduate that is trying to get as healthy as possible before (hopefully) starting medical school in the fall of 2010. I have been a runner since high school, but I have been focusing more on strength training at the minute. I started this blog as a sort of record for accountabilities sake to keep track of my eatings and exercisings. Also, I love reading other peoples blogs so I thought I would give it a whirl.
